Freshness Promise

If anything is not fresh, hand it back to the rider or tell us within 24 hours — we replace it or refund you.

How we keep it fresh

• Vegetables and fruit are bought every morning and packed the same day.
• Fish and meat travel in cold boxes from our store to your door.
• Dairy and bakery items are delivered well before their date.

Our promise

If anything is not fresh when it arrives, tell the rider or call us within 24 hours. We replace it on your next order or refund it — no questions asked.
